This is an option for individuals who are not yet ready to become fathers but wish to start a family in the future. It allows the preservation of sperm quality for long-term use.
Step-by-Step Treatment Process
1.
SEROLOGICAL TESTS
For clinical registration, the patient’s serology tests must be available. If not yet performed, these tests can be completed at our clinic one day before the semen sample appointment. If conducted at another laboratory, results must be sent to us at least two days before collection.
2.
SPERM SAMPLE COLLECTION
The semen sample must be collected at our facilities, either through masturbation or obtained by biopsy, depending on the patient’s condition and physician’s recommendation.
3.
SEMEN FREEZING
Once the sample has been collected, it is processed and cryopreserved in our laboratory under controlled conditions using liquid nitrogen (-196°C) to maintain long-term quality. The sample is safely stored and available whenever you decide to use it.
Life changes — and so do your plans. If you’re not ready to become a father today, this option allows you to preserve your fertility for when you decide to build your family.
This option is ideal if you:
Want to postpone fatherhood.
Have an oncological diagnosis and will undergo chemotherapy or radiation.
Are planning a vasectomy but want to maintain the option of having children in the future.
When Is the Best Time to Do It?
Although men produce sperm throughout most of their lives, sperm quality begins to decline after age 40, which can affect fertility and future reproductive health.
Preserving today is giving yourself the gift of freedom tomorrow
Preserving your fertility is a decision that reflects care, foresight, and love for your life's journey. We are here to support you through this step.
